Staction

What's SSL? How does it improve the security of my information?

SSL is the standard technology for securing transfer of information on the Web; it’s widely used by banks, governments and online store applications. Under it, everything that is sent and received between our servers and your computer is encrypted with a 256-bit key, making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept.

While it offers this much security, SSL usually decreases the overall performance of Staction because of the additional encryption/decryption step of transfers, so if you don’t exchange sensitive information on our app, consider leaving SSL off on your account.
